3 Mustards Pork Tenderloin
3 Mustards Pork Tenderloin
I really wanted to do this Roasted Pork Tenderloin coated with different mustards. Did you know that there are about 11 types of different mustards? They come from 3 primary types which are: white mustard seeds, brown mustard known as Indian mustard, and black mustard. They are used to make a variety of mustards.
It is believed that Romans were the first ones to have used it as a culinary accompaniment.
For this recipe I choose 3 types:
✔Moutarde Noix from France 🇫🇷 Dijon mustard with nuts which is rich and nutty
✔Colmans mustard from England 🇬🇧 Hot and strong
✔Classic mustard Prynat made in Poland 🇵🇱 Strong and spicy
What do you need?
✅1 Oven tray
✅1 carving knife
Ingredients to make the recipe for 4:
✔2 pieces of pork Tenderloin fillet (500g each)
✔2 tbsp of Moutarde Noix
✔2 tbsp of Colmans mustard
✔2 tbsp of Classic mustard Prynat
✔1 glass of Prosecco or Cava
✔Salt and pepper
✔Olive oil
Method:
Season well the two tenderloins with salt and pepper.
Set your oven at 180°C.
Coat with the three types of mustards all over the tenderloins one at a time.
